The third season of The Voice is set to debut on Nigerian TV screens with a grand comeback. Nancy Isime and Toke Makinwa are the hosts. Darey Yemi Alade, Waje and Falz have been unveiled as the coaches for this season.
The season was last aired in 2017 and this comeback after a three year hiatus came at the right time. The talent show recorded over 1,000 entries within less than 24 hours of its announcement.
In a statement, the organizers revealed that fans will go home with over N100 million in prizes. The Winning Talent of The Voice Nigeria Season 3 will go home with a monetary reward, a brand-new car, and an international recording contract.
The show will be fully produced in Nigeria by UN1TY and Livespot360 in partnership with British television giant, ITV; international record label, Universal Music UK, and in conjunction with YouTube.
A’rese was the first winner of The Voice Nigeria In 2016 when the season made its debut in the country, while Idyl won the the second season of the musical talent show.
