Chelsea is looking to tie down five key players to new contracts, as soon as they sort out the future of centre-backs Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger.
Midfielders N’Golo Kante and Jorginho have both entered the final two years of their contracts.
They are expected to be offered new deals.
Mason Mount will also be rewarded with a new deal after he established himself as a starter for club and country.
Christensen is believed to be close to putting pen to paper on a long-term deal which will see him earn around £120,000 a week.
However, attempts to tie down his defensive partner, Rudiger, into a long-term contract have not gone as well.
Rudiger is believed to be holding out for around £200,000 a week and manager Thomas Tuchel even admitted last week that talks had stalled.
With Rudiger in the final year of his contract, he will be able to talk to other clubs and could potentially leave on a free with PSG and Real Madrid monitoring his situation.
Club captain Cesar Azpilicueta is also into the final 10 months of his contract but said last week he was not worried about securing an extension.
