Adeboye wants arrested TikToker, Sea King, released

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has distanced himself from the arrest of popular TikToker Olumide Ogunsanwo, known as ‘SeaKing,’ who was rearrested for alleged cyberbullying.

Speaking at the RCCG’s monthly Holy Ghost Service at Redemption City, along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Adeboye clarified that he had no involvement in the matter.

He explained that certain individuals, angered by SeaKing’s remarks against him, took it upon themselves to act.

“I heard there is someone who lambasted me thoroughly. What is my offence? Because I asked my people to fast for 100 days. I didn’t ask him to,” Adeboye stated.

“I didn’t even ask anyone who is not a member of RCCG to fast. I was told some people got so angry and went to arrest the fellow. Release him, he’s fulfilling prophecy.”
