Arsenal have confirmed that goalkeeper, Karl Hein, has signed a new long-term contract with the club.
The North London club disclosed this in a statement via their website on Friday ahead of their Premier League clash with Burnley on Saturday.
The statement read in part, “Young goalkeeper Karl Hein has signed a new long-term contract with us.
“The 19-year-old, who made his non-competitive first-team debut in July in the pre-season match at Hibernian, was also a member of the first-team matchday squad six times in the Europa League last season.
“Hein is a full Estonia international and has now made 10 appearances for his country.”
Hein made his full international debut for Estonia in September 2020 in a Nations League match against Georgia.
He kept a clean sheet against Wales earlier this month in their 0-0 World Cup qualifier draw in Cardiff.
