Nigerian superstar Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido has made some changes on his Instagram page as he deleted all pinned posts and unfollows the late Ifeanyi IG account, DJ Cuppy and Femi Otedola.
Davido who has expectedly been off the radar on all fronts, equally deleted his anticipating festival post, ‘Are We African Yet’ A.W.A.Y which is slated to hold at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on November 18, 2022.
Details of the festival were pinned on Davido’s page, taking the top three spots, and they have also been deleted, leaving a photo of the singer and two of his late son Ifeanyi on top.
The superstar who is still mourning the death of his son, Ifeanyi, had already invited artistes that include, Kizz Daniel, Wande Coal, Lojay, Pheelz, Oxlade, BNXN (fka Buju), Focalistc and Victony.
Recall on October 31, 2022, Ifeanyi drowned at Davido’s home in Banana Island while his parents were on a trip to Ibadan and was left with the domestic staff.
Ifeanyi was rushed to the Evercare Hospital in Lekki where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Reports say he was underwater for an unspecified period before he was spotted.
The tragic incident occurred a few days after his third birthday, which was celebrated amidst fanfare. Since then, the deceased parents have been silent.

The sudden death of the three-year-old led to the arrest of all Davido’s domestic staff who were within the premises during the incident.
Upon investigations, the police released six of the detained staff, while two, the late Ifeanyi’s nanny and cook were still held for further questioning.
An autopsy was carried out and the Lagos State police command spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, who revealed details of the autopsy result, disclosed that the cause of death of the late Ifeanyi Adeleke was drowning, adding that investigation into the events that led to his drawing is still ongoing.
The tragic death sparked a lot of reactions as many netizens as well as celebrities, politicians, socialites, public figures trooped to express their heartfelt condolences.
