The Nigerian movie industry grieves as one of its own, veteran, Dan Nkoloagu, dies.
The popular entertainer died on Friday, January 22, after a sudden ailment at the age of 83.
His son Dan Nkoloagu Jnr, published his demise on Facebook, as he shared a photo of the actor lying dead in a hospital bed.
The bereaved son wrote: “IT WAS A BLACK FRIDAY FOR US YESTERDAY as my Dad left us without saying goodbye.”
Dan Nkoloagu was very popular for his Chief Priest or Native Doctor movie roles. He has starred in more than 20 movies over the years.
His movies include Royal Doom, My Vision, Okada Man, Warriors Heart, 40 Days and 40 Nights, Midwife, Alice My First Lady and Moment of Tears.
The deceased actor was a broadcaster before he went into an acting career in the late 1990s.
