Nigerian defender Gabriel Osho is set to make his 170th league career appearance when Luton Town host Everton at Kenilworth Road on match-day 36 of the English Premier League on Friday (today), according to latese sport reports
The 25-year-old has been a mainstay for the Hatters this season, making 18 appearances in the league and scoring two goals.
Barring any last-minute change, the Nigerian is expected to be named by manager Rob Edwards in the squad that will be facing the Toffees.
Since joining Luton from Rochdale in 2021, the defender has made 82 appearances and hit the back of the net on five occasions.
A product of Reading Academy, the defender made his first professional debut for the club December 2018 in a 1-0 defeat to Middlesbrough. Despite the defeat, the then teenager was voted Man of The Match.
While with Reading U-18, he featured twice before being promoted to the U-21 side, where he made 52 appearances. He played only 10 games with the senior team and while he couldn’t score a goal he contributed an assist.
