Raphael Onyedika netted a brace to help Club Brugge defeat Anderlecht 3-1 in the Belgian Championship round on Sunday.
It is the first time Onyedika would score in the Belgian topflight since joining Club Brugge in the summer of 2022.
His only goal for Club Brugge was in a 5-1 win at Besiktas in the UEFA Conference League in November 2022
The Super Eagles midfielder scored in the 61st minute to put Club Brugge 2-0 ahead.
He then got his second on 89 minutes to make it 3-0 for the Belgian side.
Meanwhile, the win against Anderlecht leaves Club Brugge in third place on 30 points in the six-team championship play-offs table.
Union SG, on 35 points, top while Anderlecht also on 35 points are second.
