Lazio have expressed interest in Nigerian youngster Hafiz Umar Ibrahim.
Ibrahim attracted interest from a number of top European clubs after registering 10 goals in six games at the Viareggio Cup earlier this year.
The 18-year-old impressed while on trial at Chelsea in March.
The Blues are desperate to sign the striker but have not been to reach agreement with his club, Ojodu City.
That has left the door open for Lazio, who have been monitoring the situation, to register their interest.
Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt are also reportedly interested in Ibrahim.
It would be recalled that Ibrahim had a video phone call with Chelsea star Raheem Sterling, who convinced him to take up the trial at the Stamford Bridge.
