Popular Nigerian comedian Bright Okpocha also known as Basketmouth has reacted to the newly introduced Naira currency by the federal government.
Basketmouth in a post shared on his Twitter page said the federal government should have used Snapchat filter for the new Naira notes as they were no changes besides the colour.
This comes after President Muhammadu Buhari made the new naira notes, which included N1000, N500, and N200 public before the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the state house, Abuja, on Wednesday, November 23.
The Central Bank of Nigeria had, in October 2022, announced the decision to produce new notes to help fight inflation.
