Former Chelsea right-back, Tino Livramento, has revealed his feelings after his departure from Stamford Bridge in the summer.
Livramento left Chelsea for Southampton in the summer transfer window.
The 18-year-old failed to make first-team football under Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, at the West London club.
Speaking to the Mirror, Livramento said: “Regrets? It would have been nice to play a game, but I had to think about what was best for me.
“Being young, I have always wanted to just play first-team football as soon as possible.
“I feel like if I stayed there [Chelsea], things wouldn’t have happened as quickly as now.
“It was a hard decision for everyone involved. They agreed that it was best for me as well and they have always looked after me.”
