President Bola Tinubu returned to Nigeria on Saturday after a two-week leave in London, United Kingdom.
He arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, where members of the Federal Executive Council and others welcomed him.
Among those present were Abubakar Bagudu, Minister of Budget and Economic Planning; Nuhu Ribadu, National Security Adviser; Wale Edun, Coordinating Minister of the Economy and Minister of Finance; Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State; and Abdullahi Ganduje, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Presidential spokesman Bayo Onanugahad previously announced that the president would return at the conclusion of his leave.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will depart Abuja today for the United Kingdom to begin a two-week vacation, part of his yearly leave,” the statement read.
“He will use the two weeks as a working vacation and a retreat to reflect on his administration’s economic reforms. He will return to the country after the leave expires,” he added.
